Ordering: All orders must be transmitted in via our wholesale website or in writing (fax or email). Customers who wish to place a phone order must approve written order acknowledgment before order can be processed. The Minimum Order is $200.00. Wholesale customers must have proper documentation on file with the Gourmet Wholesale Division, including a complete wholesale application. Wholesale customers must be approved by the Gourmet Wholesale Division before an order can be placed. Please order in full case packs only. The minimum BULK order is 4 bulk boxes (1 case)
Shipping: MOST shipping occurs on Monday and Tuesdays. In order to prevent melting, chocolates cannot be 'In Transit' over the weekend. Most orders will arrive within 3-5 days of shipment, however expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Ice packs and Styrofoam coolers will be used in warm weather climates for additional charges. All orders are F.O.B FACTORY
Out of Stock/Back Ordering: Many products are made fresh after the order is placed. In the event of a product being out of stock, the product will be removed from the order. Once the product arrives, customers have the option to reorder after notified by Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company Customer Service Team.
Samples:New product samples are available for existing wholesale customers per order. For new customers, up to 3 samples are available at no charge; however customer is responsible for freight charges (including cooler and ice packs in Warm Weather Climate). Samples may not be in original retail packaging and will be marked as a sample. Please reach out to our wholesale team - wholesale@chocolatechocolate.com
Payment: All orders must be paid by Credit Card or Check. Wholesale customers with approved credit are eligible for NET 30 day terms on invoices after 3 months of payment by credit card. CREDIT CARD MUST BE ON FILE FOR TERM CUSTOMERS. Credit Cards accepted are: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Invoices not paid within 30 days incur a penalty of 2.5% for every 30 days not paid. Invoices not paid after 90 days will be in default unless approved by Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company wholesale director. Customers who use a check without established credit must wait 7-10 business days until the check clears before the product ships. A service charge of $20.00 will be applied to all returned checks.
Price Changes: Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company reserves the right to change prices without notice. For the most recent price list, please email sales@chocolatechocolate.com. Price lists are for active wholesale customers only.
Returns: Returns are only allowed for damaged products. If package is damaged, a UPS claim may be required to be processed before a refund is issued. Customers must notify Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company within 48 hours if product is damaged.
