We are also proud of our shelf life - 12 months - and that is with NO preservatives and we still use Fresh Whipping Cream in all of our truffles (except Peanut Butter - but that has fresh dairy butter). If you're lucky enough to taste a great tiramisu cake - you get it - It's amazing! Our Chief Chocolatiers were inspired by a famous pastry chef's Tiramisu recipe and we recreated the espresso soaked layer cake into our truffle. Everyone agrees - this is just as good as the cake! Enrobed in milk chocolate and topped with ground chocolate.
