A truffle is a fresh chocolate whipped
center blended together with fresh whole
milk to form a ganache - the smooth, creamy
center found on the inside of the truffle.
The center is then mixed together in small
batches with unique flavors such as
amaretto, hazelnut, orange, black forest,
cappuccino, champagne, and plain chocolate.
These centers are then enrobed in our
premium milk, dark, or white chocolate and
decorated to resemble not just a fine
chocolate, but a work of art. Our truffles
