Email is the most efficient way to contact the Chocolate Chocolate Company Wholesale Division.  The official email contact is: wholesale@chocolatechocolate.com.  Email should be responded to within 1 business day. 

Orders:
Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company must approve all wholesale customers prior to ordering.  Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company must have a credit application on file for all customers before any order will be released from the factory.  Order minimum is $150.00 (does not include freight charges). 

Shipping:
MOST shipping occurs on Monday and Tuesdays.  In order to prevent melting, chocolates cannot be 'In Transit' over the weekend.  Most orders will arrive within 3 days of shipment, however expedited shipping is available for an additional fee.  Ice packs and Styrofoam coolers will be used in warm weather climates for additional charges. 

Out of Stock/Backordering: 
All products are made fresh after the order is placed.  In the event of a product being out of stock, the product will be removed from the order and marked out of stock.  Once the product arrives, customers have the option to reorder after notified by Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company customer service. 

Samples:
New product samples are available for existing wholesale customers per order.  For new customers, all samples are to be pre-paid in wholesale prices and credited off the first wholesale order.  (During Warm Weather Shipping, Ice Pack and Cooler Charges may apply)

Payment:
All orders must be paid by Credit Card or Check.  Wholesale customers with approved credit are eligible for NET 30 day terms on invoices after 3 months of payment by credit card.  Credit Cards accepted are: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.  Invoices not paid within 30 days incur a penalty of 2.5% for every 10 days not paid.  Invoices not paid after 90 days will be in default unless approved by Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company customer service.  Customers who use a check without established credit must wait until the check clears before the product ships. 

Price Changes:
Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company reserves the right to change prices without notice.  Price lists will always be available on Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company's secure wholesale site. (http://wholesale.chocolatechocolate.com)

Returns:
Returns are only allowed for damaged products.  Shipping damage must be filed with UPS. 

Downloads/Resource Center:
The Resource Center page is reserved for active Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company wholesale accounts.  All files inside the downloads page are to be used solely for assistance in the resale of Chocolate Chocolate Chocolate Company products and cannot be used for any other vendors.  Active wholesale customers will have free access to the downloads page but must not share this information with any other third party.  Non-compliance with the download terms will result in loss of account privileges
